New Fortress Energy to sell $250 million tap of 6¾% secured notes due 2025 in Tuesday drive-by

Portland, Ore., Dec. 15 – New Fortress Energy Inc. plans to price a $250 million add-on to its 6¾% senior secured notes due Sept. 15 2025 (existing ratings B1/B+) in a Tuesday drive-by trailing a mid-morning conference call with investors, according to market sources.

Initial price talk is in the 105 area, a trader said.

Bookrunner Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will bill and deliver.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes become callable on Sept. 15, 2022 at 103.375.

The New York-based energy infrastructure company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The original $1 billion issue priced in August 2020.
