By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Aug. 13 – Brooks Brothers Group, Inc. debtor Golden Fleece Manufacturing Group, LLC received court approval to sell its Southwick manufacturing facility in Haverhill, Mass., according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Eastern Opportunity Fund LLC is the buyer. The facility will be sold for $14 million.

The Southwick facility is being sold via a standalone transaction. The sale was not conducted through a court-supervised auction process.

Brooks Brothers is an apparel retailer based in New York City. The company filed bankruptcy on July 8 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11785.
