Chap-Cap sells more shares of Building Materials Holding

Charlotte, N.C., March 20 - Investors led by Chap-Cap Activist Partners Master Fund, Ltd. sold 214,193 shares of Building Materials Holding Corp. stock between March 12 and March 19, reducing their stake in the company to 4.9% from 6.1%.

The shares were priced from $3.98 to $4.05, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 1,433,760 shares of the San Francisco-based building products and construction services company.
