New Issue: JPMorgan prices $965,000 digital barrier notes tied to Equal Weight, S&P

Chicago, March 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $965,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due March 6, 2029 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 Equal Weight index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index ends above its initial level the payout at maturity will be par plus 60%.

If the worst performer declines but finishes above its 80% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
