Knoxville, Tenn., July 24 – QuadReal Property Group subsidiary BCI QuadReal Realty priced C$350 million of 1.747% 10-year green senior notes (DBRS: AA), according to a press release.
BCI QuadReal Realty is the primary issuing entity of unsecured notes for British Columbia Investment Management Corps’ real estate program.
The notes were offered on a private placement basis to Canadian investors through a syndicate of agents co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc. and including CIBC, Scotiabank, HSBC and National Bank.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., BCI QuadReal Realty is an actively managed pooled investment portfolio of real estate and real estate-related investments.
