By Reshmi Basu

New York, Feb. 28 - The Province of Buenos Aires (B3/B+) has shelved its $425 million offering of fixed-rate senior notes due 2028 due to market conditions, according to a market source.

The deal was expected to price Wednesday.

Initial price guidance had been set in the area of 9½%.
