Fitch pulls SB Energy notes rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the expected BB- with a stable outlook assigned to SB Energy Holdings Ltd.'s Restricted Group 1's proposed $600 million of notes due 2025. The expected rating was assigned on July 7.

“Fitch is withdrawing SBEH's expected rating as it is no longer expected to convert to a final rating. We do not expect SBEH RG1's forthcoming debt issuance to proceed as previously envisaged,” Fitch said in a press release.
