Hong Kong’s Shimao Group plans dollar-denominated senior notes

New York, Jan. 4 – Shimao Group Holdings Ltd. announced plans for a proposed issue of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.
China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., HSBC and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are joint global coordinators, together with BNP Paribas, CLSA Ltd. and Fortune (HK) Securities Ltd. as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the issue.
Proceeds will be used to refinance offshore medium- to long-term debt due within one year.
The real estate development company is based in Hong Kong.
