Ingersoll-Rand to launch new loan transaction on Monday morning

New York, June 19 – Ingersoll-Rand Inc. is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Monday to launch a new loan transaction, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the left lead bookrunner on the deal.

Ingersoll-Rand is a Davidson, N.C.-based provider of mission-critical flow creation technologies and associated aftermarket parts, consumables and services.
