Chicago, April 8 – Guggenheim Partners Investment Management LLC refinanced for $317.18 million its recently sold, as of approximately one year ago, Guggenheim CLO 2020-1 Ltd./Guggenheim CLO 2020-1 LLC collateralized loan obligation transaction, according to a pre-sale report.
Guggenheim’s replacement notes continue to maintain the original April 15, 2031 maturity.
The portfolio is now comprised of $180.18 million of class A-R senior secured floating-rate notes at Libor plus 99 basis points (down from 180 bps), $37.7 million of class B-R senior secured floating-rate notes at Libor plus 150 bps (down from 240 bps), $17 million of class C-R senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Libor plus 255 bps (down from 330 bps and reduced in size from $20 million), $14.5 million of class D-R senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Libor plus 375 bps (down from 530 bps and slightly reduced in size from $16.47 million), and a new $12.8 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Libor plus 715 bps.
There are still $55 million of subordinated notes.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC was the placement agent for the refinancing transaction, as in the original transaction.
Guggenheim Partners will continue to manage the collateral through the end of the reinvestment period on April 15, 2023.
The notes can be called starting April 15, 2022.
