Lukoil Securities launches $1.5 billion 10-year notes to yield 3 7/8%

New York, April 28 – Lukoil PJSC subsidiary Lukoil Securities BV has launched an offering of $1.5 billion of 10-year notes (expected ratings: /BBB/BBB+) to yield 3 7/8%, according to a market source on Tuesday.

Citigroup (billing and delivery) and Societe Generale are active bookrunners with Gazprombank a passive bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Final pricing was expected to occur on Tuesday. The order book stood in excess of $3.5 billion at the time of launch.

The oil and gas company is based in Moscow.
