New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.24 million trigger jump securities on Moderna

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.24 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Jan. 25, 2023 linked to the common stock of the Moderna, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the stock return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 36.4%.

The payout will be par if the stock declines by 10% or less. If the stock declines by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial price.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
