India’s Sundaram-Clayton board to discuss nonconvertible debt issue

Olympia, Wash., April 22 – Sundaram-Clayton Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on April 30 to consider an issue of redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures would be issued on a private placement basis, according to the notice.

Sundaram-Clayton provides aluminum and magnesium castings for the automotive industry. It is based in Chennai, India.
