New Issue: Walloon region prices €500 million new ½% 10-year sustainability bonds, €200 million tap

New York, April 1 – Belgium's Walloon region, or Wallonia, priced €500 million of ½% 10-year sustainability bonds and a €200 million tap of its 1¼% sustainability bonds due May 2034.
The new ½% 10-year notes priced at 99.815 for a yield of 0.519%.
The tap of 1¼%, 2034 notes priced at 106.28 for a 0.777% yield. The new deal size for this issue is €700 million.
The bookrunners of the Regulation S bonds were Belfius, Deutsche Bank, HSBC (billing and delivery), ING and Natixis.
The region is a French-speaking part of Belgium.
