Garrison BSL CLO 2016-1 collateral manager switch proposed

Columbus, Ohio, March 27 – Garrison BSL CLO 2016-1 Ltd. notified holders of its notes that its collateral manager has entered into an agreement to substitute a new collateral manager, according to a notice.

Specifically, collateral manager Garrison Funding 2016-1 Manager LLC has entered an agreement to under which all of its rights and obligations as collateral manager would be transferred to Anchorage Capital Group, LLC.

The change is subject to approval by a majority of the controlling class and subordinated notes.
