Summit Industrial Income REIT reports new green financing framework

Knoxville, Tenn., April 5 – Summit Industrial Income REIT has arranged a green financing framework in support of the REIT’s commitment to corporate responsibility and environmental, social and governance matters, according to a press release.

Proceeds from potential offerings will be used to finance or refinance eligible green initiatives.

Summit Industrial Income REIT is a Brampton, Ont.-based trust that manages a portfolio of light industrial properties in Canada.
