New Issue: China’s Luzhou Bank sells RMB 800 million of 4.6% capital bonds

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 3 – Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd. completed issuing RMB 800 million of 4.6% 10-year tier 2 capital bonds in China’s national inter-bank bond market, according to an announcement on Thursday.

As previously reported, the bonds were initially proposed Aug. 26, 2021.

The issuer will have conditional redemption rights after five years.

Proceeds will be used to replenish the bank’s additional tier 2 capital.

The banking services provider is based in Luzhou, China.
