Chicago, June 1 – Luminor Bank AS priced €300 million of 7¾% global notes with a four-year tenor, according to a notice.
The notes priced at par, or at mid-swaps plus 447.1 basis points.
The senior preferred notes will come with three years of call protection.
The Regulation S offering lists J.P. Morgan SE, DNB Markets, Luminor Markets and Commerzbank as bookrunners.
Listing will be in Dublin.
The bank is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with branches in Latvia and Lithuania.
