China’s Sinic Holdings’ winding-up hearing moves to mid-November

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Sinic Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. announced that a hearing regarding a winding-up petition filed against the company in relation to a private bond has been moved to Nov. 16, according to an announcement.

The hearing before the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region had been scheduled for Oct. 26.

The real estate development company is based in Shanghai.
