New Issue: China’s Sinic sells $280 million 11¾% one-year senior notes at 98.641

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – Sinic Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. priced $280 million of 11¾% one-year senior notes that are guaranteed by some of its subsidiaries, according to a company announcement on Wednesday.

The notes were sold at a price of 98.641.

Guotai Junan International, BOC International, UBS, Haitong International, Barclays, CCB International, CMB International, CRIC Securities, HeungKong Financial and Orient Securities will act as bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The real estate development company is based in Shanghai.
