China’s Sinic plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes

Los Angeles, Feb. 24 – Sinic Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. is proposing to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated senior fixed-rate notes guaranteed by some of its subsidiaries, according to a company announcement.

Guotai Junan International, BOC International, UBS, Haitong International, Barclays, CCB International, CMB International, HeungKong Financial and Orient Securities will act as bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The company said the proposed issuance is subject to market conditions and investor interest.

The real estate development company is based in Shanghai.
