New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.19 million accelerated barrier notes on basket of four stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.19 million of 0% accelerated barrier notes due Aug. 29, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the common stocks of Water Works Co., Inc., Entergy Corp., U.S. Concrete, Inc. and Essential Utilities, Inc.

If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the basket return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 33.7%.

If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the basket decline from its initial level.
