New Issue: Barclays prices $3.01 million collared floating-rate notes linked to SOFR

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.01 million of collared floating-rate notes due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be the reference rate and 150 basis points, subject to a 5.15% ceiling and 4.15% floor. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
