Columbus, Ohio, May 24 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $18.1 million of floating-rate notes due June 19, 2023 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is compounded SOFR with a floor of 2.6% and a cap of 3%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued and unpaid interest.
