Buffalo, N.Y., May 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10 million of floating-rate notes due April 22, 2026 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Citigroup Inc. is the guarantor.
The interest rate is SOFR plus a spread of 0.54% per year initially with a floor of 0%, beginning on July 22. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued and unpaid interest.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
