Brink's shareholder MMI Investments buys, sells call options

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 17 - Brink's Co. investor MMI Investments, LP bought 5,000 short call options on Dec. 16 with a strike price of $90.00.

The number of shares underlying the call options is 500,000, and the price of the call options per underlying share was $0.02, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

MMI also sold 10,000 call options on Dec. 16 with a strike price $65.00, the filing said.

The number of shares underlying the call options is 1 million, and the price of the call options per underlying share was $0.01.

MMI beneficially owns approximately 2.18 million shares, or 4.8%, of the Richmond, Va., transportation and cash logistics services company.
