Steel Partners owns 6.2% of Brink's

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 28 - Investors led by Steel Partners II bought 963,085 shares of Brink's Co., Inc. stock between Oct. 29 and Nov. 16.

The shares were priced from $58.15 to $60.37 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Steel Partners has acquired a total of 3,027,310 shares of Brink's for $108.76 million using partnership funds.

The reporting persons own 6.2% of the Richmond, Va., transportation and cash logistics services company.
