Chicago, March 24 – Investcorp Credit Management BDC Inc. sold a $65 million offering of 4.875% notes due April 1, 2026 at 99.453, according to a press release.
Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is the bookrunner.
The notes can be optionally redeemed at any time at par plus a make-whole premium.
Proceeds will be used to redeem all of the issuer’s outstanding 2023 6.125% notes and to fund investments in middle-market companies in accordance with its investment objective and strategies and for working capital and general corporate purposes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Formerly known as CM Finance Inc., the issuer is a New York City-based middle market business development company.
