New Issue: GS Finance sells $802,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Russell, Nasdaq tech

Chicago, April 15 – GS Finance Corp. priced $802,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Jan. 26, 2027 tied to the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above its initial level on Jan. 21, 2025, the notes will be called at par plus a 16% call premium.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.1 times the return of the lesser performing index.

If the laggard index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses of the laggard index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
