Groupama Assurances Mutuelles plans €500 million seven-year green notes

Concord, N.H., June 30 – Groupama Assurances Mutuelles plans to price an offering of €500 seven-year tier 3 green notes (expected rating: //BBB), according to a notice published by the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

J.P. Morgan AG, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Natixis and Societe Generale are managers of the Regulation S deal.

The subordinated notes are expected to be listed on the Euronext Paris exchange.

The French insurance company is based in Paris.
