S&P lifts Franciscan Services, Texas, outlook to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook to positive from stable on Brazos County Health Facilities Development Corp., Texas' roughly $58.14 million of outstanding debt issued for Franciscan Services Corp. obligated group.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed the A- rating on the bonds.
