Latvia’s Air Baltic corrects redemption date for 6¾% bonds due 2024

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., April 29 – Air Baltic Corp. AS published a correction to its April 29 notice of redemption for its €200 million 6¾% bonds due July 2024 (ISIN: XS1843432821).

The early redemption of the bonds will occur on May 30, not May 29 as originally stated, so that bondholders receive at least 30 days' notice of the redemption as required under the bond terms, according to the company notice.

As previously reported, the redemption price will be 101.6875 plus accrued interest.

The notice of redemption will become irrevocable once the finance condition is satisfied on or prior to the redemption date.

After the redemption, the bonds will be canceled and delisted from Euronext Dublin.

Air Baltic is a government owned airline in Latvia.
