New Issue: Notting Hill Genesis sells £250 million 2% sustainability notes due 2036 at 98.974

Chicago, June 4 – Notting Hill Genesis sold £250 million of 2% five-year secured sustainability notes at 98.974, according to a pricing supplement.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The yield on the notes is 2.08%.

Until March 5, 2036, the notes can be redeemed with a make-whole premium based on a benchmark gilt due 2036 plus 15 basis points. After that date, they can be redeemed at par.

Barclays, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc and NatWest Markets plc were the managers.

Lloyds was the stabilization manager for the Regulation S notes.

Notting Hill Genesis is a London-based housing association.
