Transport Corp. of India board to discuss nonconvertible debt issue

Olympia, Wash., May 22 – Transport Corp. of India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on June 2 and consider an issue of nonconvertible debentures, bonds or other similar instruments.

The debentures would be issued via private placement.

The issuer is a Gurgaon, India-based provider of integrated cargo transportation and logistics services.
