New Issue: DigiPlex prices NOK 655 million of three-year floaters

Columbus, Ohio, April 30 – DigiPlex priced NOK 655 million of senior secured bonds due 2023 with a coupon set at a 450 basis points spread to Nibor, according to a notice.
Proceeds will be used for the construction of two new data centers and to fund DigiPlex's continued growth.
The issuer is an Oslo-based information technology company.
