Boyd Gaming to repay credit facility with notes offering proceeds

Minneapolis, May 31 - Boyd Gaming Corp. plans to use the proceeds from its new senior notes offering to repay a portion of the outstanding revolving balance on its bank credit facility or for general corporate purposes, according to a press release.

Boyd is a Las Vegas-based gaming company.
