S&P revises Boral view to stable

S&P said it revised Boral Ltd.’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its BBB ratings.

“The stable outlook reflects our expectation that higher-quality earnings from Boral's restructured portfolio could help the company restore its profitability over the next 12-24 months. While Boral's capital structure will be guided by the new financial framework, we expect the company to maintain its FFO-to-debt ratio above 30% and generate positive free operating cash flow,” S&P said in a press release.
