New Issue: JPMorgan sells $810,000 autocallable accelerated barrier notes on ETF, index

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $810,000 of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due Aug. 7, 2026 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Value index and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the closing level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial value on Aug. 5, 2022, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a 11.25% call premium.

If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the return of the worst performing underlier.

If any underlier falls but each finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing underlier.
