New Issue: Barclays sells $2.03 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500 Value

Chicago, Aug. 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.03 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 12, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 Value index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at 15%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
