Bombay reports $237,870 March net loss

Pittsburgh, May 21 - The Bombay Co. Inc. reported a $237,870 March net loss on zero revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

In comparison, the company posted a $1.04 million net profit in February, also on zero revenues.

Cash and cash equivalents on March 31 were $25.98 million, compared with $12.97 million at the end of February.

Bombay, a Fort Worth, Texas-based designer, importer and marketer of proprietary home furnishings, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 20, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-44084.
