Boise Cascade amends loan, downsizing commitments by $60 million

New York, June 2 - Boise Cascade LLC amended its credit facility, reducing the revolver size by $60 million to $290 million, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

In addition, the amendment revised the no material adverse effect representation by changing the bring-down date to Dec. 31, 2008 from Dec. 31, 2007.

The amendment was completed on May 28.

Bank of America is the agent on the deal.

Boise Cascade is a Boise, Idaho-based manufacturer of engineered wood products, plywood, lumber and particleboard, and distributor of building materials.
