Alcentra plans to refinance Jubilee CLO 2018-XXI deal

Chicago, March 2 – Alcentra Ltd. has announced the upcoming redemption and refinancing of the Jubilee CLO 2018-XXI BV transaction, according to multiple notices.

The redemption and refinancing are planned for March 31.

As of Dec. 22, 2020, the issuer of the portfolio is Jubilee CLO 2018-XXI DAC.

Alcentra is a London-based global asset management firm and indirect subsidiary of BNY Alcentra Group Holding, Inc.
