New Issue: Unipol sells €250 million add-on to 3.25% green notes due 2030

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 20 – Unipol Gruppo SpA sold a €250 million add-on to its 3.25% green notes due Sept. 23, 2030 at 102.546, according to a press release on Friday.

JPMorgan is the stabilization manager for the over-the-counter add-on.

Unipol originally sold €750 million of the notes (Ba2//BB+) on Sept. 16, 2020 at 99.756 to yield 3.279%, or 350 basis points over mid-swaps. Joint lead managers of the original issue were BNP Paribas, Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA and UniCredit Bank AG.

There is now €1 billion of the notes outstanding.

Unipol is a Bologna, Italy-based financial services provider.
