BevCo accepts tenders of €199.63 million 1.75% bonds due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 15 – BevCo Lux Sarl accepted tenders of €199,629,000 of notes under its offer to purchase up to €300 million of its €800 million of 1.75% bonds due 2023 (ISIN: XS1767050351), according to a notice.

The purchase price of 103.008 was based on mid-swaps plus 95 basis points as of 8 a.m. ET on Sept. 15.

The tender was launched on Sept. 8 in connection with an offering of new euro-denominated bonds and is conditioned upon the completion of that new issuance.

Holders who tendered their bonds under the offer were to be given allocation priority for the new issue.

Accrued interest will also be paid.

The offer expired at noon ET on Sept. 14. Settlement will occur on Sept. 17, after which €600,371,000 of bonds will remain outstanding.

The issuer is an investment vehicle run by the Santo Domingo Group that manages the group's minority stake in Anheuser-Busch InBev. It is based in Luxembourg.
