BNY Mellon set to redeem $1.25 billion floating-rate notes due 2021

Olympia, Wash., May 21 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. said subsidiary Bank of New York Mellon will redeem all $1.25 billion of floating-rate senior bank notes due June 4, 2021 (Cusip: 06405LAB7) on June 4.

The redemption price will be par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date, according to a press release.

BNY Mellon is a New York-based financial services company.
