BlackRock adds 15 iShares ETFs to allowed investments for four funds

San Diego, March 2 - BlackRock Funds II said that 15 iShares exchange-traded funds were recently added to the list of eligible ETFs available for investments by four of its funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The BlackRock Aggressive Growth Prepared Portfolio, the BlackRock Conservative Prepared Portfolio, the BlackRock Growth Prepared Portfolio and the BlackRock Moderate Prepared Portfolio may invest in the ETFs, effective immediately.

The eligible ETFs for investment purposes are as follows:

• iShares Dow Jones International Select Dividend Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Basic Materials Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Consumer Goods Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Consumer Services Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Energy Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Financial Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Healthcare Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Industrial Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Technology Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Telecommunications Sector Index Fund;

• iShares Dow Jones U.S. Utilities Sector Index Fund;

• iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund;

• iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund;

• iShares High Dividend Equity Fund; and

• iShares J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets Bond Fund.

The funds are managed by San Francisco-based BlackRock Fund Advisors, LLC.
