Generation Investment increases stake to 5.8% in Blackbaud

Philadelphia, Feb. 9 - Generation Investment Management LLP increased its stake to 5.8% in Blackbaud, Inc. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
That represents a passive stake of 2,510,046 shares.
Those holdings are up from the passive stake of 5.44%, or 2,370,664 shares, that the investor reported owning on Sept. 25, 2008, according to an SC 13G filing.
Blackbaud, located Charleston, S.C., specializes in software, such as the Raiser's Edge, and services for nonprofit organizations.
