Neerg Energy redeems all $475 million 6% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, April 19 – Neerg Energy Ltd. redeemed and canceled its $475 million 6% senior secured notes due 2022 (Cusips: 64009VAA6 and V6277KAA2), according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at the early redemption amount of $482,125,000 plus accrued interest totaling $4,908,333.

The renewable energy company has headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
