Chicago, March 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $52,000 of 0% notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be plus 210% of any index gain. If the index declines, the payout will be par.
