Knoxville, Tenn., June 29 – bioMerieux placed €200 million of bonds in two tranches on June 15, according to a press release. BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB were the agents.
The company sold €145 million of seven-year notes and €55 million of 10-year notes, with an aggregated annual coupon of 1.61%.
Proceeds will be partly used to refinance the existing €300 million public bond issued in 2013 which matures in October 2020.
bioMerieux is an in vitro diagnostics company located in Marcy-L'etoile, France.
